When your mate doesn't want to kick on with you; or when he says he'll drive to an event so he doesn't have to drink. He's being a little bitch, hence the Little Bitch Syndrome aka LBS.

My mate said he's going to drive the work car to the event so he doesn't have to party too hard. Got a bit of LBS that one.
