Someone or something which is very humorous consisting of low effort. Used to describe people who understand life. Not to be confused with a gunnery sergeant, but it can also be if you really want to be a gunny gunny.

E.B.C stands for Eat Banana Carrot.
The term stems from the over-use of asking someone to eat bananas and carrot for dinner.
