Used as a fast way to say that you and/or information surrounding you has been found out; usually by some kind of pursuer, like the police
Usually used in movies/tv shows involving someone doing criminal activity.

A: Don't come to the safe house, it's burnt.
B: Shit, the cops must have traced my phone.

X: *writing on paper* Don't speak, Y, your phone is bugged, Z told me the hotel is burnt.
Y: Oh yeah, sorry for being so quiet, I've just been under a lot of stress.
