Wholesomeness that is also sad, such as school teachers gifting a coworker with cancer their sick days or a friend's rent being crowdfunded.

Firsttownitis is when the reality of having to play through the first town, level, or area of a videogame prohibits you from replaying it. Often it's because you've already played through it so many times that you can't stand to do it again, or it's particularly hard or boring.
