1) Short for NAVIGATOR, a popular and pricy brand of vehicle produced by Lincoln Automotive Industries.
or
2) A reference to a computer/device that can access the internet and can navigate through it for you. (This comes from the anime, SERIAL EXPERIMENTS LAIN).
