Italian Wristwatch
The act of taking one's penis and wrapping it around his own wrist, to where the head is tucked back out of sight. In doing so, you have the fashionable appearance of a fleshy watch band. Perhaps it should be called the Italian bracelet, but it is more of a counter to the Irish wristwatch.
