A term used to describe the feeling felt in the morning after a a night of getting stoned, similar to a hangover.

Chris: Ahh man we were totally stoned last night

A term used to describe the burning sensation given to the eyes whilst completely stoned.

Tony: Man I am stoned

Paul: I knoww, i've got complete eye-burner maynee.
