Somebody who thinks they look cool while smoking but not able to handle himself in any other situation unless it involves a lot more weed.

This guy's a real ChavWeed. Thinks he looks so cool smoking weed ((as if he's some type of bad ass)) but in reality he's just a little bitch who pisses his pants when shit hits the fan.
