rusty spum

When a man has not ejaculated for a large amount of time, typically 4 months or more, his stored semen becomes old. When he finally does release his load, the semen comes out off colored, sometimes yellowish or slightly brown to red. That semen is called rusty spum.

After his extended vacation, Dave's wife found him to have rusty spum.
