A term coined on the Pittsburgh radio station “93.7 the fan” by caller Jon Garber (larping as one “Ash Franzetti”) in regards to the Steelers acquiring Michael Pittman Jr and Rico Dowdle. The words mean “running train on your teammates and balling out”.

Ricky Bobby and Cal Naughton Jr “shake and bake” but Adam Crowley and Ash be “Choochin and Boochin”

Combination of the two words “Shawty” and “Notorious” What you call your partner when everybody knows the two of you are dating/involved romantically. (Usually directed toward a woman)
