Someone who is similar to bag of dicks, but much worse. The dicks have soaked so long in their own douche juices that they still look likes dicks but the minute they are around other people they collapse into the most unpleasant person you have ever met.

Man, Derek has been a bag of dicks for so long he's now a bag of dick mush.
