When someone has an idea that is easily said but incredibly difficult to achieve. While intoxicated it is seemingly easy to accomplish. You respond to this with "Put it on a beat" because you are acknowledging how incredibly stupid they sound and suggesting that they make it into a song.
"I am going to get all of my debt paid off and then change my ways with exercise and diet"
