An engorged pimple, bloated and full of juicy pus. Ready to be squeezed, scratched or popped by yourself or significant other.

I had a massive pusticle on my shoulder, but my girlfriend exaccerbated it by squeezing all the gunk out; now it's infected, and my arm has to be amputated - all for a simple zit.

A protracted episode of wagering/betting, usually consisting of several 8-hour sessions of various types of gambling.
