A person who will talk shit over the phone (or any means of communication) only because they have no fear of actually having to fight the person on the other end or ever back up their words.

My ex girlfriend got a telephone toughguy that won't leave me alone, I'm gonna fuck him up if I ever find out who it is.

Being told to do something right before it needs to be done because your boss or whoever dropped the ball on it or it just came up.

Can also be used when asking for directions or anything in which you pick out a random person to ask for something.

I'm not gonna be able to go out tonight cuz Mr Lombardy hey youd me to finish the TPS reports.

Biff: Where the fuck is that Indian restaurant?
Fred: I dunno, lets go hey you that that Indian dude over there.

Shortening of the words "feet" "balls" and "ass". Refers to how nasty something smells. If one so desired, they could easily find the smell in most locker rooms after a game.
