A very pale skinned individual from the island of Tinian, one of the three principal islands of the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands.

That guy was a pale skinned Tinian or palestinian. It seems like the number of palestinians is growing, probably because of climate change or global warming or something.

The opposite of submissive but with the added component of hopefulness for equality but never equity.

Rational people felt subnissive when Elon Musk bought Twitter. For they knew he would bring equality of ideas to the platform.
