Regencel is a word for someone who exceeds being a regular dumbass. This person has passed being classified as a Retard, and Degenerate, or an Incel. Regencel is made of Re for their Retarded behavior, Degenerate for the way they act and think , and Incel for the way people see them or their physical characteristics.
