(Verb) A combination of clinking and clanging. The act of making a bunch of unnecessary noise while you are working on a task. Usually a variety of sounds that are both sharp in tone and thumping.

To meander while shuffling your feet aimlessly--most likely under the influence of poppers (Not endemic to the gay community--just mostly them)

I got stuck behind a group of guys schemandering through the mall after lunch; just dragging their feet like zombies with nowhere to be because picking them up was apparently too much work.
