When you sag with a belt on. Typically done by white people or black nerds. Has all the effects of sagging except, you don't have pull your pants up every five minutes.

Jamal over there is healthy sagging. I can see his belt is pretty tight around his pants.

Between a small and medium size. Can be used to talk about many things, including, but not limited to: condoms, shirts, pants, shoes, breasts, etc.

That kid acts all big in the pants, but his girl told me last night he wears smedium Trojans.
