P is a shortened term for Pigeon. A pigeon is slang for a Kilo of cocaine.

They ordered a P on the East coast and a P on the West coast.

I been flipping these P's and running up the digits.

Slang word for prescription medication Dilaudid. Probably called numbers because the standard strength is either 4 or 8 mgs.
