A torture facility designed to break kids faith and trust in life by mentally wearing down on them with the most useless of information. School was originally designed for good, back in the Greek age of Philosophy however modern schools tend to be the opposite. Modern school is the equivalent of legal slavery which forces anyone over the age of 6 to spend meaningless hours learning nonessential stuff such as how to write a proper argumentative essay. It actually does the opposite of what it was meant to and encourages failure, discrimination as well as poverty. Most schools only exist to be there with the exception of some teachers who actually take their job seriously and the minority of students who can actually find interest in learning instead of just getting free food or seeing people.

A newcomer to High School some are shy and antisocial and want to stay out of your way. Others are mature and respectful and respect their upperclassmen but some are immature little shits!
Group of Sophomores having conversation at lunch and than a group of freshmen appear.
Freshmen 1: DOD I WAZ LIVE AT CALL OF DUTY!
Freshmen 2: Nah you were gay and sucked your dads dick!
Freshmen 3: Guys please don't argue it makes me nervous
Sophomore: Shut the fuck up and go sit some where else kiddos.

A person who has survived the worst year of high school freshmen year and now moved up in ranks. sophomores are usually more intelligent and mature than their freshmen peers they also have more confidence and are more adjusted to their school positions. They also get another level of work from their teachers and if not popular or well-known would usually stay out of the way of Juniors and Seniors unless they are directly provoked or picked on. Sophomores know the routine and unless they are new students or antisocial will remain calm and try to be 'cool' they are also more bigger and tougher than freshmen and can get away with a lot more, Their higher maturity from lower grades possibly explain why they dislike or outright hate freshmen so much. But to Seniors they are just big freshmen.
