strafe

To move sideways, usually for the purpose of dodging. A term generally used by FPS games.

Strafe to avoid getting hit by enemy fire.

An inexperienced or otherwise poor player in a competitive online game, considered an easy kill.

That kid doesn't even know how to work the controls. Man, he's fragbait.
