To express vicarious pleasure to a person on the occasion of success for an obviously nerdy activity.

Him: Dude, last night I got to level 40 on WoW.
Me: Cool. What's WoW?
Him: World of Warcraft. It's the best video game ever.
Me: Ah.
Him: When you get to level 40, you get to choose if you want to ride a horse or a large cat. I chose the cat.
Me: Congeekulations.

I hate phone solicitation...so much so in fact, that phonecrastination is a way of life for me now.
