Someone (mostly men) that is gay, a hobo, and a pedophile. You can find these Sahggers mostly on the streets or in/around stores and schools in the country and the south. On rare occasions they can find a way to fit into society, so be careful.

G1: Omg ewwww, Kyle's such a sahgger.
G2: Yeah, and look at mr.bugg.
