A combination of vegetable and not-able. It describes a person with a disability who gets into the game during the garbage time minutes but fails to hit the shot or score the touchdown. This causes them to gain a second extra chromosome.

A poomeistress is a poomeister who fails to attain luck and is just stuck with feces beneath their fupa and nothing to do other than eat it.
