When someone is 1st off usually known for being twacked out of their tree dancing around lollygagging, they are always off in their own world doing nothing but causing comotion and ruckess around their area getting arrested looking on the ground for dope and getting the shitty end of the stick all the time I.E getting the horses ass end of the bargain, they are in the hood standing in the same spot tryna get free tokes or dope making fake promises or tryna make a negotiations they cant afford or arent capable of making in other words head over heals for a buck 85$ Joneser ass toke thats going to smack them in the face super fucking hard they wont remember who they are on the same side walk theyve been on since becky kicked their ass out and wont let them in I.E a strainer not a bucket cause at least a bucket fills up with water and gimme gimme never gets blah blah you know the rest
