Verb. To fail repeatedly at performing otherwise simple tasks due to the individual having the relative attention span and mental accuity of a chimpanzee on PCP.

Ex.: We were going to sign a lease together, but put friend keeps Georging and going to the local strip club when we're supposed to be meeting with the landlord.

Someone who is a Dink and borrows writing utencils from his peers with no intention of returning them.
