DSC

Distinguished Service Cross

The second highest decoration for a soldier to achieve in the US Military. The highest is the Medal of Honor. However, the DSC is a very high commendation that defines a true soldier.

Naked Snake

The name for "Snake" in Metal Gear Solid 3 : Snake Eater. He is called "Naked Snake" because when he's sent into his mission, he doesn't carry any weapons with him (to be naked is to lack any armaments whatsoever).
Sounds kinda kinky, but we'll learn more in November 2004, eh? ^-^

satchel

*A slang term referring to the scrotum (AKA : male testicles).

*A slang term referring to a bag of marijuana.

*A type of case used by military personnel, often equipped onto their clothes; satchels are used for storing certain items & equipment.

"He kicked me in the satchel!! >.< "

"Hey man...got the satchel man? Heheheheh...."

"In Splinter Cell, you should always check an enemy body for satchels."

A hat worn by Russians, usually made of fur, and has ear-covers; cylinder-ish shape fur cap.

"Commie caps are warm, but if you wear one people'll think you're a commie...that's sad because they look so cool. Imagine how warm they keep your head too."

Uncle Sam

*A legendary figurehead of the United States. Although mythical, he is reported to have been a real person. Uncle Sam is basically a tall man with white hair (with a white goatee), dressed in the Red, White & Blue, with the Stars & Stripes as a huge hat. Uncle Sam, along with this description, is commonly portrayed as this old-looking, but tough-as-nails, figurehead pointing at you, the viewer of the poster, and below it he's saying "I Want You".
Uncle Sam basically represents the US Government, although he greatly represents the US Military.

*Sam Fisher's alias in a mission during Splinter Cell : Pandora Tomorrow.

*An appropriate name for anyone in the military named Sam. This name may not be appropriate for females named Sam though.
