A term used by many Asians specifically Hmong people.

A very spiteful hateful disgusting person who constantly attempts to ruin the lives of others. In other words a Bitch.

Alyssa: Why'd you leave asian club so early?

Billy: I got kicked out by the president.

Alyssa: Wow, she's being such a bao.
