As soon as the first leaf falls it is considered almost spookytime but when October 1st hits it is officially spooky time

It is September which is right before October so it's practically spookytime

chicken chin

That dumb thing on the bottom of a chicken's beak, no one knows what they are used for. Also used if someone has lots of skin sagging under their chin.
