It's when a girl has a well shaped, fat ass, especially compared to the rest of her body's proportions.
Usually the girls ass sticks out, pops, protrudes, arches out or perks out without them arching much or at all even.
her ass usually has some recoil too so whenever she walks and a lot of recoil when she shakes it a little, her ass jiggles, ripples and bounces.
