The mess that's left when you're finally done working on your car. Consists of the old parts, the packages the new parts came in, greasy rags, and whatever toxic waste you drained out. Often accompained by beer cans and cigarette butts.

We got the car running but the old lady got mad when we went to the bar without cleaning up the carbage.

An antibiotic prescribed to Grateful Dead fans for infections resulting from recreational drug use.

That needle track in my left arm got infected, so the doctor put me on a course of Aoxomoxoacillin.
