Codiazer's definitions
A hick tail is an alternate name for a mullet. Typically used for children and pre-teens, but can be applied to all mullets.
Joe: "Hey Bill, do you see your neighbor over there with the mullet?"
Bill: "Yes sir, that is a mighty fine hick tail."
Bill: "Yes sir, that is a mighty fine hick tail."
