Does NOT refer to a mentally or physically disabled person, but rather to an idiotic, clumsy, ditzy, airheaded and haphazard person.

Knock your pan in 

Northern Irish slang term meaning to punch someone's face, "knock their face in", "smash their face in" etc.

Usually only used in a humourous or jocial fashion.

(Northern Irish term only - Not usually found in Ireland)

e.g.
Person one: You're a right dick, mate.
Person two: Shut ye up - I'll knock your pan in!
Person one: lol
