It combines "let's go eat" into one word. This word usually follows the negatory answer to the question, "Jeet?"

After John answers no the the question, "Jeet?",

Chuck responds with "Skweet."

dummage 

Salvaged packaging material such as bubble wrap, foam peanuts, or wadded newspaper to be re-used for packing and shipping use.

"Hey Steve, bring that box of dummage over here, we have three computers to ship out."
