A person who wanders around the mean streets, looking for discarded
cigarette butts and stakes out smoking spots. Often scavenges outdoor ashtrays for any remaining tobacco.
Their kind are at a high
risk for hepatitis and, most of the time, can not afford a fresh
pack of cigarettes.
