One who shakes himself apart at the wrists. Mostly German. Tends to spit when he talks, so much so that he coats anyone or anything he speaks to. Leaves food particles from flossing all over the mirror. Has loose bowels; leaves a coating of shit all over the toilet seat. One who has no respect for others
