Cheer gut

The (weight) put on in winter from Christmas and Thanksgiving holidays. Commonly refered too as Festively plump, or the reason one would have a special (Holiday belt).

Hibernation bod

when a summer athlete comes to fall and becomes lazy, loses muscle definition, and starts to train less.

Man, Kyle, you gotta start training more, you're starting to get a hibernation bod.
