An adjective used to describe someone who constantly complains about the price of things or how they can’t do things because they don’t have the money to.

A social gathering, typically at a fraternity house, where each room takes on the theme of a different country. In each room, there will be a different drink that matches the theme (e.g. tequila in Mexico.) There may also be minor decoration. People will typically go from room to room, having a drink in each room. Shots around the world is an excellent way to meet a large number of people.
Frat bro: "Yo I'm definitely gonna do body shots off of some KD girls in Mexico tonight when they come over for shots around the world."
