Mallcore 

A form of "music", related to alternative rock and nu-metal. It is characterized by simple structures, ugly musicians, silly lyrics and little drum kits. It has nothing to do with true heavy metal (ie. Iron Maiden, Dio, Black Sabbath...)

Dream Theater 

Progressive Metal band formed in Long Island, New York, USA in 1985. They are said to be one of the innovators of the Prog-Metal genre. The band is composed of five prodigious classicaly-trained musicians - James LaBrie (Vocals), John Petrucci (Guitars), Jordan Rudess (Keyboards), John Myung (Bass Guitar) and Mike Portnoy (Drums and Percussion). Their music was initially inspired by the band Rush and influences by bands like Queensryce and Queen can be heard too.

Form of noise pollution and/or contamination, mostly disgused as "music", with badly played guitars, simple drums, silly lyrics, stupid looks and crap vocals, with a bit of rap there, shit here...

Whoever thinks they can make a new kind of metal, is wrong, Metal is defined AND ALIVE! Nu metal shouldn't even have the "METAL" tag on it, it's got NOTHING, ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to do with REAL METAL (ie. Pantera, Sepultura, 80' Metallica, Iron Maiden, Stratovarius, et cetera...!) There's a lot of NEW (I mean NEW, RECENT) True Metal band out there, which are worth intelligent people's attention; examples are: Children of Bodom, God Forbid, Norther, Youthquake, Fprce of Evil, etc.

Out with Nu Metal - it's abou money, true Metal is about music, having a good wine, fucking nice women, fun and having a laugh!

Nu Metal is for depressed teenagers and goth wannabes!

Ha ha ha ha ha ha!
