Cape Verde .A cape verdean person. People like to hate on them and say their concieted and think their cute. Mainly because they are cute. You usually can find them around dorchester mainly Hancock Street, Wendover, etc. Or also Polluting Brockton and Rhode Island. Some of them are very light skinned and with nice pretty long hair, or very tan with really nappy roots.
