Slang for an extended magazine for a gun. Extended magazines can hold more rounds, or bullets, than a standard magazine.

That guy’s handgun has a stiffy... We’re screwed.

Sketchy, untrustworthy, sneaky, unreliable.

I don’t know about that guy, he seems pretty iffy.
