prenuption
Similar to a prenuptial arrangement prior to marriage, if you are adopting another person (typically if that person is an adult) and you want to make sure that after the adoption they will have no rights to your financial fortunes, you ask them to sign a prenuption
I'm adopting my friend at work, so that I can get some time off for family leave, but I'm not letting him sue me for any of my money. So I'm asking him to sign a prenuption agreement.
