The act of lifting weights or working out on a consistent and regular basis for the purpose of achieving ones fitness related goals. The phrase "Steady Liftin" has been popularized by the Steady Liftin' Apparel company who designs and sells fitness themed clothing.

Laundry camp

When you live in an apartment building, and don’t trust your neighbors, so you have to stay near the machines while you’re doing laundry. Typically laundry campers bring their own chair, battery-powered radio, and drink.

All my clothes are dirty, so I’ll be in laundry camp for the next few hours.
