A person, usually male, who plays video games, dresses like a fag, acts like a virgin, might be on the virge of becoming bi or gay, and wants to have sex with his/her cousin.

Tommy: All that guys does is play Pokemon and doesn't even check out those girls.

NDC

No Dress Crew; A group of people who don't dress out for weights class and eat sunflower seeds for the whole period. It consists of three main members, but others join in for the day if they don't dress out.

Principal: Who are those guys over there not participating?

Coach: That's the NDC.

Principal: The what?

Coach: The NO DRESS CREW!
