FISHTARDS 

1. FISHTARDS, a jumbled acronym for DHS, IRS, and ATF; is a slang term for the FED's. It is similar to the word Glowies, but created to evade censorship from using 'Glowies' on certain platforms. The word was first created and popularized, on the now banned "PvP Report" Discord server. The emoji representing FISHTARDS, is a Charlie the Tuna Fish wearing a CIA hat backwards.

Example 1. Q: Why did the server get deleted?

A: The FISHTARDS shut it down, because we posted a few edgy meme's.

Unhypothecate 

1. Unhypothecate is term that means "stealing," but when the word "stealing" may not be used, as to not upset protected individuals.

2. Unhypothecation occurs when an asset is taken which was previously used as collateral to secure a loan, completely giving up title, possession or ownership rights.
