Tech Blind 

A person who does not understand anything about technology. These people ask questions about everything tech related. Most question start with; "What is this?", "How does this work?", "How does it turn on?" etc. Tech Blind people usually go to someone they know (even if they have little knowledge of tech) to get things fixed.

Bob: "What is an iPhone?"
Steve: "You don't know? You must be Tech Blind."

A slang term for any place that is dodgy and is all round unsafe. If a Newmarket appears in any country with a good welfare system, this Newmarket is filled with people who exploit loopholes so they get more money from the government. In Australia, people who do this are called Dole-bludgers.
