A guy that rides around wheeling and dealing junk items, usually traveling in a Cadillac most likely a worn out Escalade but when it’s broke down he borrows other peoples rides and don’t bring them back until they finally catch up with him.

A heart dr office located in San Augustine tx that has got to be the slowest person ever to make it around to see patients.
Man this the heart institute sucks I been waiting here so long I had time to look at everything on the internet that could possibly interest me then still had time to define this place.
