Essentially to be a hypocrite. To tell people to do as you say, not what you do. From British daytime TV host Jeremy Kyle who constantly berates his guests for their bad behaviour then goes home to smoke crack and beat his wife. In the meantime, Graham, the show's counsellor, takes the guests backstage and takes advantage of them.
Jeremy Kyle, to be worse than:

The act of posing for what one assumes is a photograph whilst one is actually being filmed by digital camera/camera phone. Usually involves pulling "wacky" faces and pointing at random non-existing objects.
