The acronym for a quick shower, where someone only washes their Pits, Tits, and Ass(hence the letters in the acronym, hurff durff).

Fat-Stairosis 

The syndrome of a fat kid walking up a flight of stairs, collapses before they reach the desired destination of the staircase.

Boy: Hey what happened to Jonny?
Girl: Oh he had a case of Fat-Stairosis about 20 stairs back.
