trampion 

the champion of tramps! not a very nice thing to say to anyone of course, but this can also be used for just simply joking around with friends. Instead of using the harsh words of "huge slut" or others alike, trampion is a nicer way of putting it. This can be used in a negative or positive way.

"That girl there? she's quite the trampion" or my favorite, if had on a t-shirt "#1 Trampion"
